Job Overview

The selected IT Engineer must have a good knowledge of software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.

The goal is to build and maintain updated and efficient computer systems and networks to optimize the role of technology on business sustainability.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Handle Level 1 support for critical IT Operations/Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), which include troubleshooting Windows Based / Linux Servers, Storage Area Network and Network Equipment.
• To manage IT/ Network/Security incidents till resolution
• Fulfillment of Customer Service Request for implementation of system change and project requirements
• Monthly Patching Work
• To manage hardware & software inventory
• Coordinating & Managing 3rd party vendors and customers for issues and meetings
• To be able to develop and maintain operational documents and monthly report
• To participate in Business Continuity Exercises and IT/Security Audits
• Must support after office IT Operations when required and be on-site / Possible shiftwork
• To be able to perform System and Network Equipment Setup

Requirements
• Candidates should possess a recognised Diploma / Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent
• 2 - 3 years relevant experience in IT Systems and Network Support
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin, IT/Computer - Hardware or equivalent.
• Able to work well with minimum supervision
• Team-player, good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Skills /Qualities

  • Basic Knowledge of MS SQL, Oracle DB, Microsoft Database and able to modify SQL Query
  • Hands-on experience in Operating System Hardening, Patching & deployment of anti-virus scanning

Job Overview

Reporting to the Head of Professional Security Services, the Senior Security Consultant | Lead Security Consultant, Professional Security Services will be responsible for the delivery of Ensign Consult’s – Security Testing Professional Security Services to clients. As a senior security practitioner, this includes directing and managing the capabilities of the team of security consultants, and the quality of work delivered for Cyber Security Review, Security Assessment & Testing and Security Advisory. 

Duties and Responsibilities

To fulfill this role, the Senior Security Consultant | Lead Security Consultant, Professional Security Services will:

  • Lead client pre-sales and delivery, providing management and oversight of projects delivery and staffing including project assignments, capacity planning and project profitability for Ensign Consult – Security Testing
  • Be responsible for managing the project delivery of our Ensign Consult – Security Testing consultancy business; maintaining complete control on project schedule, budget and risk issues; facilitates timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget; identify project risks early and assist by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance; sets and manages client expectations; creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; communicates effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to identify needs; continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction 
  • Be responsible for the supervisory | leadership of the Ensign Consult – Security Testing team. Directly supervising the security consultants, trains and coaches to develop and enhance the performance and skills of team members; participates in the interviewing, selecting, hiring of employees; ensures training of new staff; creates and maintains project budget, assists with implementation plans and modifying when necessary to include agreed revisions to project scope; drives results in alignment with business objectives; leads/facilitates internal meetings as well as client meetings in support of pre-sales and implementation
  • Execute process improvements and the development of policies, procedures, methods, and tools in support of delivery. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting pre-sales processes and working with sales and account management professionals to win new business; proposal review and refinement; recruiting and staff development.
  • Serve as a member of the Professional Security Services Management Team. In this capacity, provides management with regular project updates; serves as a critical advisor to the team as a Domain Leader and help to set the direction for the Ensign Consult (Security Testing) professional security services team, with a special emphasis on how and what we deliver. Maintains reporting on capacity, amount of work delivered (WIP), and future outlook in order to advise strategic direction setting.  
  • Maintaining accurate records of “Work in Progress (WIP)” reporting for work delivered with timely clocking in Workday system
  • Working with and providing Team’s Project Plans and regular project status updates to Deputy Head, Professional Security Services | Security Project Manager |  Operations Manager
  • Performing other job-related duties as assigned


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Relevant Industry Certifications such as CISSP, CREST, OSCP, CEH or equivalent is a must
  • For the position of Senior Security Consultant, at least 8 years of IT Security experience of which, 1 year minimum in demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a Professional Security Service environment;  For the position of Lead Security Consultant, at least 10 years of IT Security experience of which, 3 years minimum in demonstrating management and leadership experience, preferably in a Professional Service environment; 


Preferred Skills /Qualities

  • Good project management, consulting, customer service, technology and process improvement skills.
  • Good people management, supervisory, communication/presentation and negotiation skills 
  • Team player who can perform under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with client server technologies, Virtualization, Cloud and strong knowledge of TCP/IP networks

Senior Cybersecurity Project Executive

Job Overview

Reporting to the Senior Security Project Manager | Lead Security Project Manager, Professional Services, the Senior Security Project Executive, Professional Services will be assisting in the expert management of the Client Projects including the schedules and the allocation of Security Consultant resources across the Ensign Professional Services; with the aim of maintaining healthy project profitability and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.  This includes being a contact point to the customer and acting as the point of escalation to management in the events of customer complaints and disputes.  

Duties and Responsibilities

To fulfill this role, the Senior Security Project Executive, Professional Services will:

Assist in level projects, lead the project delivery, maintaining complete control on project schedule, budget and risk issues; facilitates timely decisions and make necessary escalations to maintain project schedule and budget; identify project risks early and assist by providing prudent and timely recommendations for risk avoidance; sets and manages client expectations; creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements; communicates effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to identify needs; continually seeks opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and managing any disputes or complaints.  This includes:

  • Managing the client relationships and acting as the point of contact for clients and internal team members in managing the project scopes and proposal submissions; providing the client-side project owner with regular project updates; including any disputes and complaints that may arise during the project execution
  • Facilitating the engagements and follow-ups between the client side and internal stakeholders for the management of all necessary project legal and administrative matters such as contracts, NDAs and submission of consultant profiles, CVs, G50s, project milestone billings, project closures and sign-off etc.
  • Assisting in the scheduling of resources to ensure timely completion of projects within defined budget and resource allocation
  • Having oversight of all projects and their statuses from point of contract award to project closure; providing timely reports on resource utilization, projections and project milestones
  • Assisting in defining and streamlining the project engagement processes for client engagements based on their specific requirements; adjusting schedules and plans, and identify and resolve issues to ensure project success including handling of any variations
  • Having good insights into the project risks, issues and changes throughout project life cycle

As an audit practitioner, this includes project managing and delivering quality work for IT audit work (encompassing IT Security Audit), IT Risk Assessment (encompassing IT Security Risk Assessment) and advisory.

To fulfill this role, the Assistant Consulting Manager | Consulting Manager, Professional Security Services will:

  • Lead in client engagements for projects assigned either as an individual or as a member of a larger consulting team for Ensign Consult – Audit.

  • Identifying areas of business initiatives and changes to the business environment and assessing their impact to the business control environment.
  • Providing guidance, reporting key findings and outcomes of the assessment of the business and IT risk environment and its related controls.

Requirements
