Roles & Responsibilities

Duties of M&E cum C&S Resident Technical Officer (Office Renovation Project- approximately 10 months)

To carry out site supervision and inspection ofM&E & Structurall works including any off-site manufacturing as instructed by the consultant team so as to ensure that the M&E works are constructed to required quality and accuracy.

To provide standing supervision as and when directed by the consultant team on the allocated site.

Monitor progress of rectification M&E work/s and ensure all M&E defects are satisfactorily rectified.

To undertake any other duties related to the project including supervision of M&E works as and when instructed by the consultant team.

cords of M&E tests, inspections, status of M&E works, safety, site diary, materials and equipment on site, labour, dayworks, provisional quantities, etc. and summary of weekly M&E activities/schedules.

To check M&E services routes and contractor’s setting out and reports any deviations to the consultant team.

To verify reports and claims submitted by M&E contractors.

Check on quality of materials delivered to site and report to the Consultants on any materials that are not conforming to M&E Contract Specifications.

Ensure that the M&E Contractors maintain safety, cleanliness and tidiness of the site at all times.

To record all M&E variations as instructed or approved by consultant team.

To inspect completed M&E works and report on M&E defects.

Requirements

Diploma in M&E / C&S / NTC in any building faculty related to M&E, C&S or Arch

Registered with IES as RTO

Able to communicate well

Roles & ResponsibilitiesBIM Architectural Assistant must be able to support, prepare and co-ordinate Autocad / BIM drawings for authorities’ consultants and submissions.

Requirements

Recognised relevant degree (building-related) with a minimum 5 years of relevant local experience; or

Recognised relevant Polytechnic Diploma (building-related) with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience; or

Involvement in BIM implementation preferably HDB Public Housing projectsand other building projects over the past 5 years;

provide information on the projects, the extent of BIM usage in the projects and the roles involved;

Proof of successful completion of the BCA Academy Certification Course in BIM Management or equivalent;

Skilled in Autocad, Revit, Adobe Photoshop;

Experience in local regulation and project co-ordination;

Motivated, willing to learn, team player.
