Main Purpose: 

This role involves driving customer acquisition for JobTech’s HR analytics solutions, and for our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products.


  • Identify, engage and drive customer acquisition for analytics projects and JobTech’s SaaS products
  • Design sales content, pitches and anecdotes
  • Build and refine current sales process
  • Take ownership of client accounts to ensure customer success
  • Build strong relationships with external stakeholders to establish trust and collaboration
  • Acquire deep understanding of customer requirements and provide consultative services
  • Work closely with analytics and product team to evaluate requirements, negotiate business terms and licensing agreements
  • Escalate risks and issues appropriately and proactively to resolve blockers and ensure timely delivery of agreed business outcomes


  • 3-5 years of sales and business development experience
  • 3-5 years of analytics or software business development experience 
  • Strong IT project consulting experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable working with a broad range of technology tools (including Slack, Trello etc) and lingo
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Business development experience in a highly regulated sector, such as Government and Academic institutions, or analytics consultancy strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with governmental tender processes is a plus
  • Understanding of the recruitment industry is an advantage
  • No minimum academic qualification; candidate must demonstrate required skills
