JOB SUMMARY




Sourcing Strategy:





Mapping of the current sourcing footprint




Understanding the costs and capabilities of existing and new sourcing sites and map out end-to-end supply chain cost elements for various sourcing lanes (both existing and potential).




Sourcing network design and optimization based on key factors like cost, service and flexibility.









3PM Set Ups:





Work with the 3PM procurement team on assessment and certification of all new 3PMs to be brought into the sourcing network based on the sourcing strategy agreed. Also, work on the signing-off of commercials and contracts.




Work with R&D team to get clearance and sign off on the formulations







Business Integration (Buy-Sell Model):





Integration of existing professional businesses in countries into Unilever Professional in line with business discussions.




Evaluate and execute buy-sell transactions in countries where business and legal sign-off happens.




Ensuring all master data in place for the buy-sell transactions.





Network Management:





Network planning for all the innovation and business integration networks for Unilever Professional business:




Creating the detailed project network




Identifying the key resources required for the project




Monitor any delays to the project

Demand Planning:
