What You'll Do

This role is an integral part of the Treasury unit responsible for the dept raising and treasury risk management of SP Group. Reporting to the Head of Treasury, the successful applicant will assist the Head of Treasury to conceptualise and execute financing and hedging of SP Group.

Assess the Group’s funding requirement and develop appropriate funding strategies to raise cost-effective long-term financing for the Group

Facilitate the setting and update of medium term note programme

Negotiate and coordinate with financial institutions on documentations such bank facility agreements (bilateral and syndicated facilities) and medium term note programme.

Manage relationships with financial institutions

Assist Head, Treasury in overseeing cash management of the Group to achieve optimum liquidity and working capital

Assist Head, Treasury to manage foreign exchange and interest rate risks that arise from the Group’s operations

Assist Head, Treasury to ensure the Group’s hedging activities meet the hedge accounting requirements

What You'll Need

Good degree in Business, Finance or Accounting
