Lead cross-functional teams to address business or systems issues; coordinate integration and acceptance testing of enhancement

Suggest realignment of business processes or develop new functional and business requirements for process enhancement, including providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems options, specification and procedures that will improve overall process efficiency and productivity

Provide crystal reports support for users. This includes creating new reports, troubleshooting reports, making modification to existing report, optimizing reports and ensuring that report run in the crystal report

Translate functional leaders’ data requests and reporting requirements into specific dashboards and reporting standards using SQL based reporting tool, through the assessment of user requirements, analysis of business operations, resulting in an appropriate compilation and presentation of information.

Create and maintain a library of ad-hoc reports

Provide application reporting support and maintenance for multiple software application

To support data integration between JD Edwards, Cognos TM1, SQL and other data sources/ data queries

Train and support Cognos TM1 end users on basic functionality, running processes, viewing/updating cubes and dimensions

Exhibit a commitment to data quality by validating results at each step of the development process
