This is a key component of the business where after-sales service will greatly enhance the customers’ experience with the company’s products and maintaining strong customer loyalty.

Your key responsibilities will cover the following:

Overall responsibility for the After-Sales department

Provide technical and engineering support/solutions to internal and external customers

Handle warranty issues

Maintain and update after-sales and service records

Responsible for commissioning and installation services
