BS, MS, or PhD degree in Materials Science, Chemical/Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics with minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in leading edge CVD/PVD process area. You are also welcome to apply if you are a fresh PhD in semiconductor relevant area.

A fundamental understanding of chemical kinetics, thermodynamics, physical phenomena and their direct application to CVD/PVD processes.

Deep understanding of the general process steps and process flow for 3D VNAND memory, CVD/PVD process steps in particular.

An ability to understand and troubleshoot precursor depletion effects within three-dimensional (3D) NAND structures and come up with innovative ideas to mitigate such effects.

Understanding of fundamentals films and interface engineering and analysis techniques thereof – TOF-SIMS, XPS, EDX, SEM/TEM.

Solid grasp of design of experiments (DoE), data analysis systems (e.g. JMP). Strong analytical skills to analyze, conclude and communicate the recommendations in clear and crisp manner.

Highly motivated and adaptable to our demanding, dynamic and rapidly changing work environment; flexibility to work for extended hours, as required.

Strong communication (verbal and written) with ability to convey the message clearly and sharply both locally and globally.
