In this newly-created role, you will report to the Regional GM for Digital & Innovation, covering chiefly Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Myanmar with the objectives to:

Unlock customer insights and devise strategies to drive effectiveness and deepen customer engagement on digital channels

Support the establishment of Digital Analytics capability for JC&C and lead digital analytics projects to deliver the organization's business objectives

The Opportunity

Manage and use analytics tools to track effectiveness of digital channels and generate insights for process and channel improvements eg conversion data, funnel analysis etc

Identify marketing opportunities through analytics and devise strategies to drive traffic to digital channels, deepen customer engagement and drive online sales on digital channels

Propose and implement marketing automation, digital marketing strategies or customer onboarding/ loyalty programmes and work with respective marketing teams for execution

Map customer data strategy with our customer journey, review effectiveness of data collection and usage.

Applies query, data exploration and transformation, basic statistical methods and visualisation techniques to create actionable business insights.

Define and implement analytics strategies that align with marketing and business objectives; manage and use data visualization tools, produce meaningful KPI dashboards and deliver omnichannel performance reports with actionable insights

Support the establishment of Digital Analytics capability for JC&C

Provide consultative support to stakeholders and senior management in understanding data trends, patterns and insights on our customers and business operations

Lead and work with cross-functional teams on analytics projects to drive insights and actions using advanced data mining and analytical models

Do you have the following requirements?

8-10 years of experience in data analytics and business intelligence, working in digital/ retail marketing, analytics/ insights teams

University Degree in Marketing/ statistics, economics, or similar quantitative discipline

Possess prodigious intellectual curiosity, and have strong numerical, analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience in the use of analytical and data analysis tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce, Tableau, SAS, R, Excel)

Solid experience with online marketing tools and web-based technologies

Be familiar with advanced statistical analysis, cluster analysis, and research methodologies

Self-starter, highly organized, analytical and detail-oriented with excellent interpersonal, communication, time-management skills

Hands-on experience in content marketing, CRM, SEO/ SEM, E-commerce and social media.

Solid experience working across multiple stakeholders, collaborating in a matrix environment

Strong execution, implementation mindset and track record

Reporting to the Divisional Manager - Group Finance, you will be responsible for the treasury management and reporting of the JC&C head office, as well as be in charge of a portfolio of companies for review and analysis of performance. Your core responsibilities will include (but not limited) to the following:

The Opportunity

Manage bank relationships and the day-to-day treasury functions of JC&C head office, including cash flow, capital and financial risk management covering FX, funding, liquidity and interest rates, in accordance with Group treasury policies and procedures

Support and advise operating units in Singapore, Malaysia and Myanmar on treasury transactions in accordance with Group treasury policies and procedures

Implement best practices in treasury management

Report required information to Group treasury on a timely basis

Assist in the preparation of SGX announcements relating to Group acquisitions/disposals

Review and analyse monthly, quarterly and yearly performance of companies in charge of and prepare relevant reports, providing reasons for variances against budget and prior periods

Review and analyse forecasts, budget and operating plan and prepare relevant reports

Provide guidance on accounting standards (IFRS) adopted by the Group to companies in charge of

Participate in ad-hoc projects and other initiatives, including the preparation of annual report and analysts' presentation materials

Do you have the following requirements?

Degree in Accountancy or equivalent e.g. ACCA

Additional treasury qualifications, such as ACT will be an advantage

At least 5 years of working experience in audit and operations/Group reporting, treasury in a listed company

Fast learner, ability to work independently and within given deadlines

Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

Strong in MS Office application, specifically in MS Excel skills

The Role

Participate in both small and enterprise-wide engagement with stakeholders to understand strategic and operational needs, capture requirements, identify gaps, and translate these into technical solutions

Develop new solutions in and around the Salesforce.com platforms (including the sales and marketing clouds)

Support, maintain and enhance existing solutions

Perform administrator functions such as user, permissions, licenses, capacity and storage management

Establish and implement best practices in Salesforce development, administration and integration

Keep abreast of new Salesforce releases and incorporate new functionalities and solutions as needed

Prepare, review, update and maintain system design documents

The Person

Minimum 4 years of direct salesforce experience with at least 1 Salesforce implementation lifecycle completed

Well-versed with Salesforce.com development and data tools, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Experience, Process Builder, SOQL, SOSL, SOAP, and REST

Full Software Development Lifecycle experience, you can take a project from start to finish

Understand AGILE work processes through experience

Confidence to own solutions, deploying builds to testing and release

Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools

Good English speaking & writing skills

Additional Role Description:

As the Staffing Director for APAC Product Area Staffing (PAS), you will be part of our recruiting team charged with finding the most interesting candidates who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and diversity of thought to all they do. You will be responsible for shaping the regional strategy, creating processes and delivering results whilst connecting candidates to the magic of working at Google. You will also be responsible for supporting our key clients across the APAC region in support of the Product Area people plans.

You will oversee a dispersed team of recruiters who work on full life-cycle recruiting: sourcing, evaluating, and closing candidates. To meet these singular demands you will make decisions informed by data, call upon your substantial experience guiding large teams, and approach your work with intellectual curiosity, and a high level of adaptability and comfort with ambiguity. You will develop strong relationships across the organization, working collaboratively with key leaders, clients and peers to drive results for your team, the department and the company.

You are creative and driven, with an interpersonal savvy that allows you to develop lasting relationships with both candidates and hiring managers. You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient. You work closely with the executive management team to develop recruiting strategies. You prioritize team resources and manage performance metrics to achieve hiring targets and optimize client and candidate experience.

Requirements

Minimum qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

- 10 years of leadership experience in senior talent acquisition, HR or Sales positions.

- Experience managing multi-country teams, building/delivering pipelines, and planning/executing strategies in business environments.

Preferred qualifications:

- Experience in HR or talent acquisition for a large, complex company preferably within the Technology industry. Appreciation of technology and connectivity to large scale operations.

- Experience recruiting; strong demonstrated affinity for hiring.

- Analytical thinker who challenges assumptions; tends towards unusual, unconventional, and disruptive solutions.

- Knowledge and perspectives in the area of diversity staffing.
