Closely collaborate with the lead recruiters and business partners (including talent management and business operations) to create the talent acquisition strategy and to ensure it is implemented and maintained with the appropriate resources; and that it remains leading-edge

Produce and analyze the appropriate recruitment performance metrics and measures that will allow us to continually improve our approach, measure our success, and hold each other accountable to results

Convert data analysis into presentation of findings to advise stakeholders on the effectiveness of past/present strategies and tactics and recommendations on future strategies and tactics

Fully support the management reporting of key metrics to senior major stakeholders

Work with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure that the applicant tracking system (ATS) is functional and positioned to meet our evolving needs (The ATS, Taleo, is the key system to the entire recruitment life cycle)

Programme manage the Staff Referral Program such as publicity and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme

In close collaboration with the lead recruiters and Business Partners team, create a diverse portfolio of sourcing capabilities – to include, direct sourcing via traditional job board posting, targeted advertising, GovTech career site and agencies recruitment and explore new channels of recruitmentHow to Succeed:

Has a tertiary education in any discipline, preferably with Human Resource as a specialisation

The opportunity



The Talent Acquisition Manager will join our experienced recruitment team and drive the recruitment growth for our firm.







Your Key Responsibilities





Be the key point of contact for at least one of the Service Line’s in the region to ensure effective and timely recruitment for the Service Line.




Reports to the Singapore Experienced TA Leader




Execute talent acquisition strategies through various sourcing techniques and be a ‘sourcing expert’ and guide to the Service Line leaders. Develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates.
